The challenge

Students and their parents had no visibility into the progress of their application once it was passed to counselors: status, missing documents or payments had to be requested by message or phone.

Our approach

  1. Scoping on top of the existing API

    Reuse of the API contract and file workflow already built for the counselors' space.

  2. Student/parent journey design

    File tracking, document upload, payment consultation.

  3. Upcoming

    Development of the interface and student access.

The solution

Dedicated client space, built on the same API as the counselors' back-office (studelecta-espace-gestion): real-time file status tracking, document upload, payment history. The student/parent counterpart of the state-based file workflow.
