3 repositories (NestJS API + showcase/guest space + admin management back-office), BFF with httpOnly cookie sessions: the browser never has access to JWT tokens. Stateless booking engine, offline payment with uploaded proof. Full digitalization of services beyond the software: professional email on the @lunalodgecm.com domain, no-reply agent with follow-ups, automated reports and feedback, community management, creation and setup of social media accounts.
